Does Othello listen to live calls?
Yes, Othello listens to live calls but does not need to record these conversations. This allows for compliance with highly regulated organizations who prohibit call recording.
How is Othello different from Gong or Chorus?
Gong and Chorus analyze what happened after the call. Othello coaches you during the call so you say the right thing in the moment. Together, Othello and Gong amplify each other.
Can Othello automatically obtain consent from customers?
If using Othello's call recording version, Othello automatically prompts the customer for consent before turning on. If your telephony system such as Microsoft Teams already does this, Othello will not repeat this process.
Does Othello use customer data to train its models?
No. Customer data is never used to train public or shared models. All AI processing is isolated and governed by strict data usage controls.
